How We Got Here

Back in 2018, I was consulting for a manufacturing company in Perth. They had spreadsheets everywhere, three different accounting systems, and nobody could tell me their actual cash flow position without spending two days pulling reports. That's when I realized the problem wasn't that businesses lacked data — they were drowning in it.

We built our first tool to solve exactly that problem. Instead of adding more complexity, we focused on distilling financial information down to what actually matters for decision-making. The approach worked so well that other businesses started asking for similar solutions.
